Drone Case for Autel EVO Lite

The Outdoor Case XT540 with “Ready-to-Fly” function is the perfect system for professional operations. The drone can be transported with mounted propellers and – if needed – with or without gimbal protection. The case meets military standards (IP67 & DEF STAN) and offers optimal protection thanks to its extremely robust shell and surface-sealed hard foam insert.

With premium inserts made of fine-pored PE hard foam, your valuable drone equipment is always well protected, neatly stored, and ready for transport! The shell of the outdoor cases is made of impact-resistant polypropylene, meets military standards, and ensures safe transportation by car, plane, or train. Compliant with NATO standards STANAG 4280 – DEF STAN 81-41, these cases are suitable for a wide range of applications, including photography, outdoor sports, military, special forces, broadcasting, general industrial use, and all sectors where exceptional shock and weather resistance is required.

The outdoor case is rated for a temperature range from -30°C to +90°C (-22°F to 194°F), complies with the strict IP67 standard, and is thus 100% dust-, air-, and waterproof. This is an absolutely unbreakable hard case, equipped with secure two-stage double-throw latches, padlock eyelets, and a shoulder strap. The durable hinge runs the entire length of the case for added stability. Pins made of high-quality nylon and fiberglass also ensure corrosion protection. A fully automatic pressure equalization valve makes the hard-shell case suitable for air transport. An ergonomic soft grip ensures comfortable carrying.

Outdoor Backpack for Autel EVO Lite Series

The outdoor backpack for the Autel EVO Lite+ and Lite Enterprise 640T has been specifically developed for mobile drone missions. Thanks to the precisely cut hard foam insert made of surface-sealed PE foam, your drone is optimally protected on the go. The integrated Ready-to-Fly function allows the drone to be stored in the backpack with mounted propellers, safe and flight-ready. Additionally, the backpack offers plenty of space for accessories – including a large controller, batteries, spare propellers, and cables. The Smart Controller V3 (7.9″) fits securely in the backpack’s outer pocket – in a precisely molded insert.

The rugged backpacks are made of polyester with a PVC coating, making them particularly durable and weather-resistant. This backpack is water-repellent but not completely waterproof. The backpacks stand out due to their large storage capacity and feature generous front-mounted daisy chains attributed to the “Modular Lightweight Load-Carrying Equipment” (MOLLE system).

Due to its compact yet spacious design, the drone backpack offers a wide range of use cases beyond drone transport. In addition to the foam insert in the main compartment, a second large main compartment can be used for all kinds of useful items. Also included are two practical front pockets. All mentioned compartments feature secure two-way zippers and some include organizers, mesh pockets, and loops for keys, pens, carabiners, or similar items.

The back panel of the backpack, the removable hip belt, and the adjustable shoulder straps are ergonomically shaped, padded, and breathable, making the backpack suitable for longer outings. Volume control and luggage stabilization are ensured by the side compression straps, completing the overall concept.
