TOMcase supports “Mitmachen Ehrensache” in the Lake Constance district
TOMcase is pleased to have supported the “Mitmachen Ehrensache” campaign in the Lake Constance district as an employer. The initiative combines career orientation, voluntary commitment and social responsibility – and shows how young people can support important projects in the region through their involvement.
Commitment to young people and social projects
As part of “Mitmachen Ehrensache”, students have the opportunity to work in a company for one day. The wages earned on that day are not kept by the students, but donated to social causes. This gives young people their first insights into the world of work while also making a valuable contribution to charitable projects.
In the Lake Constance district, a total of 465 students from 13 schools took part in the campaign in 2025. More than 300 employers participated, raising a total of €16,137.50. The donation amount can be used to support various organizations and social projects – including Urmel-Kinder-Krebshilfe, AMALIE, educational projects abroad, the animal shelter and support associations of participating schools.
Regional responsibility as an employer
As a company from the region, TOMcase considers it important to actively support social commitment. The “Mitmachen Ehrensache” campaign creates a special connection between practical career orientation and social engagement. Young people gain insights into everyday working life, while at the same time supporting projects that benefit other people, animals or educational institutions.
We would like to thank the “Mitmachen Ehrensache” campaign office in the Lake Constance district for organizing the initiative and are pleased to have been part of this valuable project.
Happy to take part again in the future
The commitment shown by the participating students, schools, employers and organizers demonstrates how much can be achieved together. TOMcase is pleased to see the campaign continue to find many supporters in the future – and we would be happy to contribute again next year.
