Aufgaben

• Annahme und Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen
• Aktive Pflege und Betreuung unserer Bestandskunden
• Beratung zu unseren Produkten und Services via Telefon und per E-Mail
• Bearbeitung von Aufträgen und Bestellungen
• Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Beschwerdemanagement
• Unterstützung bei leichten Pack-Aktivitäten im Lager (in Tannau bei Tettnang)

Anforderungen

• Berufserfahrungen im Bereich Büromanagement
• Ausgeprägtes Informations- und Kommunikationsverhalten
• Sorgfältige und professionelle Arbeitsweise mit Kunden
• Einen „kühlen Kopf“ auch in turbulenten Situationen bewahren
• Gute PC-Kenntnisse (MS Office)
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
