High quality foams for transport cases – custom made or from stock.

The high-quality foams are exactly fitting to the shape of your equipment and suitable to every kind of case. Adapted perfectly to every single requirement due to cutting the foam by water jetting method, CNC-milling or die-cutting. The selection ranges from standard pre-cutted foam (cube foam) or nap foam for flexible requirements to individually designed inlays with precisely worked cut-outs. Every inlay meets the quality standards promised by TOMcase. The foams are made of pure polyethylene (PE), an environmentally compatible synthetic material which contains only renewable raw materials and does not emit any pollutants – neither while manufacturing nor while recycling. Design and manufacturing of the inlays happens without any exception in modern marchinery in Germany. Due to a special surface-sealing (exclusively available at TOMcase) the foam inlays are even more resistant. Closest to our heart is „Custom made“ perfection. The individual foamcuts are worked precisely and depending on requirement and application cut by water jetting method, CNC-milling or die-cutting. The foam processing is adapted to your product and your wishes. We at TOMcase are glad to advise you while choosing the right foam and case.
Foam selection in stock.

For an optimum of protection during transport and whilst being stored there are shape-fitting ribbed foam inlays in the lid of the case to hold down the product. The inlay of the lower part can be fitted individually or be choosen from TOMcase standard cube foam or pre-cutted foam inlays. Every standard inlay is available in different colours and sizes.
